Based on the information you’ve shared and the little I know about you and your situation, the “#1 Calm-Space Mistake” that’s holding you back from your goal, is what I call “Acrylic”.
Here’s What That Means...
What that means is when it comes to creating a calm space you may often find yourself stuck in a painful place where you have the impression that you have no time, that time is short and you don’t have the time for a break and even less for creating a calm space.
I call it the “Acrylic” Mistake, because acrylic is a painting medium which dries so fast that sometimes it can be a struggle, but when you know how to manage it, the result can be beautiful.
“I need to do this. I should do that. You feel you must do this too”. This continuously growing list of musts; of things to tick.
You have this to-do list written on paper or that you keep saved in your brain, and things keep adding up. The to-do list is getting longer and the days keep being 24hours long. And you have this impression that you don’t have time for a break and this can keep you from taking action on things like creating a calm space for yourself.
Common “Acrylic” Mistakes & Pitfalls
One of the big mistakes people can make when experiencing the “Acrylic” effect is to think that they need a long of time to consecrate to the creation of a calm space in their home, to make it “perfect” and that when it will be built, they will have no time to spend there.
You are focusing and blocking on the time issue because you think it will take more time than it will actually take because you don’t know where to start and what the space needs.
But the fact is that it doesn’t take time at all. In this case, you need to free your mind from this notion.
Here’s What You Can Do About It
Thankfully there are some practical and achievable steps you can take to create your own calm space. I made a checklist that you can find in your report!
Each of these steps won’t take you more than 5 min. You start slowly with what you have already in your home. Start with what you have and grow from there. Every day, check one of these steps.
Your Next Steps
Now you might need some more details and clarity about these steps.
Well, this is what I do all day, every day… I help people of all ages and situations to create their own calm space in their home, whether your mistake is:
