A Moment of Art [20-11-2020]

Every Friday, I share my Moment of Art of the week.

Take a break, breathe in, 4, 3, 2, 1, hold, 4, 3, 2, 1, breathe out, 4, 3, 2, 1.
Choose something to look at, and focus your attention on it: the forms, colours, the lightest light, the darkest dark... as long as you want.
Close your eyes and focus on what you feel here and now, smell, hear, touch, taste.
Then, take a photo.
My Moment of Art is today’s evening sky through my living room’s window.
The week was long and tough. But finally, the sun sets on this week and the weekend can start. I can breathe.
I breathe in and out
In... and out...
I see the beautiful peach and pink in the sky. It looks like candy floss is being made with the clouds. I see the strongest last leaves on the shadowed branches of the tree. Despite days and weeks of strong wind, they stay there. They won’t fall just yet, taking their time.
I smell the baking smell of the chocolate cake I made for my birthday today.
I taste the sweetness of a cup of ´calm’ teapigs with honey
I hear the wind through the branches.
I touch the wooden box decorating the edge of the window.
I breathe in and out... in... out
