Draw and Colour Your Name like in the Book of Kells
Illuminated Letters Workshop: create your name inspired by the book of Kells
Discover the beauty of medieval Irish manuscripts and create your own personalised artwork inspired by the Book of Kells.
In this relaxed 2-hour workshop, you will draw the first letter of your own name as an illuminated Celtic initial and write the remaining letters in traditional Cló Gaelach (Irish script).
Using watercolour pencils on high-quality watercolour paper, you’ll add colour and detail to create a unique piece of art that will be mounted and framed for you to take home.
No drawing experience is required.
