How does it work?
There are 12 pages, one for each month, with white squares to colour. One square to colour each day of the year with the colour-mood of the day.
This is a mindful activity to reflect on your feelings during your daily relaxing breaks.
You will receive a link to the PDF to download. You can print it and then enjoy it from January to December.
