My Month in Colour

A way to reflect on your emotions and on the sources of them, every day before sleep, or every morning.
My Month in Colour is on a A4 White Page 200 gsm. It comes with an instruction page.
There are 12x31 squares for each days of the month of the year.
There are 12 medium squares for each month.
And there are 1 large rectangle for the year.
The months January - December are not mentioned so you can start anytime during the year.
The first day, colour the square of the main emotion-colour of the day. Examples of emotion-colours are listed in the instruction page.
Do it every day of the month.
At the end of the month, look at the main colour in the day-squares. Colour the medium month-square of that colour.
Repeat for 12 months.
At the end of the 12 months , look at the main emotion-colour in the 12 medium month-sqaure and colour the rectangle . What was your main emotion the past year?
