Terms & Conditions

1. Promoter
This raffle is organized by Clémence Prosen Art & Design, located in County Dublin, Ireland.

2. Eligibility
The raffle is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 or over. No purchase is necessary to enter. Only one entry per person is allowed.

3. How to Enter
To enter, participants must provide their full name, email address, and county via the official entry form (paper or digital). Entries must be submitted in person at the Clémence Prosen Art & Design booth during the National Ploughing Championships or via an online form if made available.

4. Entry Period
The raffle opens on 1st of July and closes at 5pm on 3rd of August. Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.

5. Prize
One winner will receive an unframed Celtic Zodiac Print of their choice from Clémence Prosen’s Celtic Collection (size: 12x10 inches, printed on 240gsm matte paper). Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative will be offered.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries within 7 days of the raffle closing. The winner will be contacted by email. If the winner does not respond within 5 days, a new winner will be drawn.

7. Data Protection
By entering the raffle, participants agree to be added to Clémence Prosen’s email list. You may unsubscribe at any time. Personal data will be handled in accordance with GDPR and will not be shared with third parties.

8. Publicity
By entering, participants agree that their first name, county, and a photo of the prize may be used for promotional purposes.

9. General
Clémence Prosen Art & Design reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms at any time. Any changes will be notified to participants as soon as possible.
