Artist and Designer brings “Calm Space” to your home

(Dun Laoghaire, 07th of August 2023)

After her successful Exhibition “Calm Space” in Malahide Castle in August 2022, emerging artist and designer Clémence Prosen will bring her Calm Space to the South of Dublin in September.

Artist and Designer Clémence Prosen has been everywhere this year. Surtex, the international fair in New York City. The Red Stables. Powerscourt Townhouse Pop-Up Shop. New Stockists all over the country.

Clémence will present her major Art Exhibition “Calm Space”. Her art and designs celebrate her love for nature, through gorgeous landscapes and seascapes. After working in corporate jobs for 15 years and dealing with toxic environments, she found peace and calm in nature and art. In 2021, she left her last job to focus on her art business. She wishes to bring calm to people’s minds and homes through her Art and “Calm Space” brand.

“In this busy world, I want people to find serenity by connecting to nature through my art. I wish them to find peace in their heart and mind., says Artist Clémence Prosen. The summer holidays are gone and September can be a very busy month. I want people to come to “Calm Space” and find a breath of fresh air and tranquillity."

" I think [her] art is very inspirational and captures the essence of calm moments in life and nature. I am especially interested in seeing beauty spots represented in paintings, of a very high standard.’’, said Christine, a collector from Balrothery.

The exhibition will feature more than 30 paintings in oils and watercolours forming the centerpiece of the exhibition. The viewer will first walk through lands, fields, flowers and castles, before reaching the smooth feeling of sand and sea. These artworks are described by Prosen as windows to joyful and peaceful moments, inspired by Irish landscapes.

In addition to her original oil paintings, the exhibition will be supported by Prosen’s Fine Art Prints, Home accessories under the brand “Calm Space”: cushions (including the much loved “Woolly the Sheep”), blankets, candles, mindful cards.

Prosen is very excited to show her work in Dun Laoghaire. She is looking forward to meeting and interacting with buyers, mindfulness seekers and art lovers.

The Art Exhibition will be open from September 11th to September 17th, at the Dún Laoghaire Pop-Up Shop, George's Street Upper, Dún Laoghaire, Co. Dublin from 10 am to 5 pm. The Entry is Free.
